Our General Conditions

THE STAY

• Arrivals are between 4 and 6 p.m. and departures are between 10 and 11 a.m.

• The contract is for a fixed period and the tenant will not be able to stay in the cottage at the end of the stay.

• The reservation will be effective as soon as the payment of the 25% deposit will be made by transfer and the tenant has returned a signed copy of the contract by mail or email

• The balance of the rental must be paid, either by transfer 10 days before your arrival or in cash or by credit card on the day of your arrival.

• We thank you for informing us in case of late arrival

STATE OF PLAY

• The cleaning is provided by the owner before and after the rentals and the costs are included in the rental amount;
  It remains the responsibility of the tenant during his stay.

• The cottage is non-smoking.

• For the respect of the neighborhood, parties are prohibited.

• An inventory is drawn up and signed by the tenant and the owner on arrival and departure from the lodging, it will be taken into account in the event of a dispute.

• A deposit of 500 euros is required and must be paid on arrival by check or cash. It will be collected by the owner in the event of deterioration of the premises.

CANCELLATION

• Any cancellation must be reported 30 days before the effective rental date for a full refund of the deposit amount
  If the reservation was made between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival, a full refund for cancellations made will be processed within 48 hours of booking. Beyond that, a 50% refund applies up to 7 days before arrival.

• No refund will be made after this period.

• If the cancellation is made by the owner, he pays the sums paid to the tenant in full.

• Our space L'air du Large,

• The WIFI access code,

• Bed and bathroom linen, kitchen towels

• Some cleaning products

• The common and private garden, garden furniture, barbecue

• Private parking

• Bicycles, room under renovation,

• Raclette / crepe / plancha machine (reservation in advance)

• Heating and electricity

• Baby equipment on: cot with sheet provided, potty, high chair, scalable chair

• The fully equipped kitchen (see inventory)

ANIMALS

• Our animal friends are welcome, if they are well educated
